UK Delivery

Free Ground Shipping

Free standard delivery applies to all UK mainland orders with a product total of £250 or more ex. VAT. This is the most common shipping option for our customers.

Flat Rate — Orders Under £250

Orders with a product total below £250 ex. VAT attract a flat-rate shipping fee of £15 + VAT (£18 inc. VAT). This covers standard UK mainland delivery.

Free delivery thresholds are subject to the discretion of Virtual Graffiti Ltd and may be adjusted during promotional periods. Delivery to certain remote UK postcodes (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) may incur additional charges — we will always confirm this before dispatch.

Dispatch & Lead Times

Same-Day Dispatch

In-stock orders placed before 3:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) are dispatched the same day from our UK warehouse.

Stock Availability

Shipment times may vary depending on stock levels. If your order contains an item that is temporarily out of stock or subject to a lead time, we will contact you by email within one business day to confirm the expected dispatch date.

Warehouse & Fulfilment

All orders are fulfilled by Virtual Graffiti Ltd from our UK warehouse. We use tracked courier services for all dispatches. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Electronic Delivery

Software & Licence Keys

Certain products — including software activation codes and licence keys — are available for electronic delivery via email. These are fulfilled separately from physical goods and are typically delivered within one business day of payment confirmation. Certain restrictions apply.

Delivered by email

Electronic delivery items are non-returnable once the licence key or activation code has been issued. Please ensure you have confirmed compatibility before purchasing. If you have any questions, contact our pre-sales team before ordering.

International Shipping

Orders Outside the UK

We ship internationally on request. For orders outside the UK, please contact us directly for a shipping quote. Costs and delivery times vary by destination, weight, and courier service. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
